HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER FOR LIGHTING?

Please contact us directly for inquiries about lighting fixtures. Orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Goods will be ready to ship within the lead time specified. The lead time begins with the receipt of advance payment. The finished fixture is shipped when your amount is paid in full. Inquiries can be sent TO info@paulmatter.com

DO YOU HAVE IN-STOCK FIXTURES

We don’t have any inventory as all our orders are custom made. As a result, each order requires 8 weeks lead time to be shipped.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

BECAUSE OF THE HAND-MADE NATURE OF OUR PRODUCT, WE ARE NOT ABLE TO ACCEPT RETURNS.

HOW DO I CLEAN MY FIXTURE?

BRASS

All brass patinas are unlacquered and hand-sealed with a light layer of wax. Its best to dust gently with a duster or soft rag. Do not use brass cleaners as they will remove the patina.

GLASS

For clear glass, the best way to keep it clean is to wipe the surface gently with a mild glass cleaner. For frosted or etched glass, dust gently with a duster or soft rag. Do not scrub frosted glass globes or place any glass components in the dishwasher
